Eclipse staff will:

Always dress in a uniform which best’s suits your venue.

Not to smoke whilst on duty.

Not consume alcohol whilst on duty.

Always greet people in a polite and professional manner.

Always be punctual.

Wear their SIA license at all times.

Always complete a written report after an incident.

Carry out risk assessments.

Carry out health and safety checks throughout their shifts.

To deal with conflict and complaints from customer’s in a professional manner.
Remember our staff are the first and last contact of your customers, so we know that a good impression counts.
Door Supervisors
Door Supervisors are available for any licensed premises. Eclipse Security provide a highly experienced team, who are friendly and approachable without acting threatening or aggressive. Our staff are trained in weapon and drug awareness and are able to deal with situations calmly and professionally.
The first point of contact for your customers is the front line security staff. We endeavour to maintain the high standard of customer service throughout for the client that we represent. Eclipse Security prides itself on being able to offer a personal, professional and individual service to meet your needs and requirements.
Areas covered within the door supervisor role include the correct vetting of your customer’s, licensing laws, arrest & searching procedures and health and safety. We also cover risk assessment, communication & conflict management.
Eclipse Security can respond quickly and efficiently to your security needs how ever large or small providing the necessary equipment required.
All staff are NVQ level two in Door Supervision trained and hold a valid SIA license.
Event
Staff
Our Event Safety Staff are highly trained team members that play an essential role in insuring the smooth running and safety of any event that we are involved.
They have a wide range of duties from front of house customer service to managing entrances & exits as well as backstage duties and assistance on emergency evacuations.
We offer NVQ L2 Spectator Safety for all staff.
All our Safety Staff are proactive, efficient, reliable and approachable people who are able to assist the public and clients.
Security Operatives
Whatever your requirements, be it during the day or night, a fully trained Security officer will protect your property, staff and valuable assets from the threats established from an in-depth full site survey.
Any Security Officer attending your site will be fully conversant with the challenges your site may present. Our staff are all SIA licensed, which is compulsory for those wishing to work in the security industry.
You need never worry that a poorly trained, badly equipped, over priced officer is protecting your assets. Our SIA licensed staff can provide a visible, capable and professional presence.

We are able to offer security guards for static manned sites and mobile patrols and will tailor our service for your specific requirements.

With our up to date mobile CCTV vehicle, your site can be protected. We have staff that are trained in Public Space Surveillance and GDPR. We can deploy anywhere and we carry out privacy impact assessments with every assignment.
Sometime the situation may call for a bit more than a human operative. This is when our Dog Section service stands out from the crowed. All our dog handlers have done the appropriate NASDU training. All dogs come in an air-conditioned vehicle and installed kennel.
